Representative Director of Amrop Korea Inc.
Before joining the Amrop Group, he was
the Managing Director of Norman Broadbent International in
Korea for over five years. He has an extensive experience
in senior level executive search consulting in
financial services, healthcare/pharmaceutical, chemical, consumer,
professional service/consulting and high technology sectors.
His earlier professional career covers over seventeen years at
financial institutions such as foreign exchange trading,
treasury marketing, treasury management and asset management
at Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Security Pacific
National Bank and Pacific Life Insurance. He also had worked for
Trigem System Integration and Unisys Korea as a Systems Integration
consultant serving clients in numerous financial services
companies. HB holds bachelor's degree in International Trading/Economics
from Sogang University, Seoul, Korea. |

Mary Kang joined Amrop Korea in 2008, after serving for one year as a managing consultant in Seoul Management Consulting, a reputable local search firm, and became an Assignment Director in 2009. Her professional career spans 18 years including experience with BASF (a leading multi-national chemical company) as a customer service representative mainly in the field of automotive and specialty chemicals.
Her dynamic careers include the areas of sales, marketing, business development with the injection molding, aerospace, logistics, high tech industries, electronics, and developed further to alternative medicine coordinator and event manager for a medical center during sojourn in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Leveraging on her diverse experiences, she has thorough understanding of both client’s needs and candidate’s career development with enough acumen in any search assignment. Some of her representative practice areas include machinery, chemicals, automotive, electronics industries, and health care as well as food services area.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. |
