Briefing
|
Meeting with nominated representatives of
the client to ensure that the firm has a thorough understanding
of the client's needs, the scope of the position to be
searched for and the experience and personal characteristics
sought in candidates. |

Research
|
Following a formal agreement of the brief,
a thorough review of the target marketplace to ensure
that the widest possible range of suitably qualified candidates
will be contacted about the assignments. |

Shortlist
/Client Selection
|
Submission by the search firm to the client
of the shortlisted candidates who have been interviewed
and are deemed appropriate for the position.
A set of formal confidential Candidate Reports is submitted
to the client.
Each report contains not only the detailed CV of the candidate,
but also detailed findings of Amrop including personality,
motivation, future vision, etc.
The client, in conjuction with the consultant, then determine
who they would wish to interview. |

Selection
|
Assist clients to the degree necessary in
their selection of the candidates for the position. Reference
checking, advice on suitable remuneration package, etc.are
also parts of the consultant's responsibilities. |
